This Privacy Policy provides an overview of the main principles of privacy protection and other data processing.

No. H 722, phone No. +420 602 713 751, e-mail: info@goodtv.cz (hereinafter “the Administrator”) is, pursuant to Act No. 101/2000 on privacy protection, as amended (hereinafter “the Law”) and General Directive on Privacy Policy (EU Directive 2016/679, hereinafter “the Directive”, the administrator of your personal data, and therefore collects, stores and uses (and also processes) your personal information for its business activities – purposes for which the information is processed. These purposes are specifically explained in this Privacy Policy. All you private information can only be used in accordance with this Policy. The Administrator is entitled to change or update this Policy from time to time at the web page www.goodtv.cz (hereinafter “Website”).
Collected information
The Administrator collects and processes the following information:
(i) Information gathered from business partners (whether in creative and non-creative film professions and other partners) in case a contract is signed, if this information is necessary to make the contract and realize the contract relationship between the Administrator and the business partner. This information includes:
- Name/surname
- Postal address
- E-mail address
- Phone number
- Photos/videos (created by the Administrator or acquired from business partners)
- Invoicing and payment data
- Other information related to the identification of the business partner and services that are subject to the contract relationship of the Administrator and the business partner
(ii) The Administrator manages the personal data of journalists, publishers, media enterprises and other experts in media and film industry, and maintains the database of this information for the purposes of further communication with these subjects. This information includes:
- Identification data, such as name and surname, private and business phone numbers and e-mail, web page address
- The specific information on the magazine, media or agency
- The scope of professional interests of the subjects
The purposes of processing personal information:
The identification, payment and contact information of our business partners are processed in order to negotiate the conclusion, change or performance of the contract. The processing time is affected by the duration of the contract relationship, and then extended for the limitation period as required by law, or for the duration of the copyright, if they are involved in the contract relationship.
The personal data of journalists, magazine publishers, media enterprises and other experts in media and film industry are processed in order to communicate with them by addressing them and sending them press releases, invitations to events or other relevant messages, fulfilling our contracts-based obligations, and providing information to the general public.
In case of relevant interest, or if we have obtained necessary consent, we also use contact information (e-mail, phone number) of the business partners or experts to deliver marketing messages on products and services, or in order to inform general public.
All the aforementioned information can also be used for the protection of our lawful interests (such as debt collection, or to protect our legal rights).
The personal information is also processed in order to fulfill our legal obligations (especially tax, payment and statistical obligations) for the period set by valid legislation.
We may also use contact information to ensure our mutual communication and to ensure your rights in connection with the protection of personal data.
The information is also processed for other specific purposes for which we have obtained your consent.
The personal information is stored for the necessary period to achieve the aforementioned purposes, or to ensure our compliance with the applicable legal obligation or protection of our rights.
Can we process your private information without your consent?
Yes. We can process your private information without your consent solely for the following purposes:
- To provide services or products (to fulfill the terms of the contract between you and me; the contract can be based on using a certain service, without the need of signing anything).
- To comply with legal requirements resulting from valid legislation.
- In case it’s necessary to process the information for our lawful interests (such as direct marketing, or providing information for the general public, or communication with experts to fulfill the legal requirements resulting from our contract relationships with business partners).
The possibility of processing the private information in such cases is based on valid legislation, so your consent isn’t needed.

Our Website links to the web pages of third parties, not operated by us (such as social networks, web pages of our business partners, etc.). Such web pages may use cookies and collect your personal information in accordance with their privacy policy. Where are your personal information stored
Your personal information are stored on our secured servers in our IT systems in the Czech Republic and Germany. Access to the information may be provided to subjects that cooperate with us, if it’s necessary for the protection of our legal and contractual rights and responsibilities, provided we have signed a privacy policy contract with these subjects. The current list of such subjects is maintained by the Administrator and is available upon request.
The personal information is generally processed in the Administrator’s headquarters. It’s processed using IT tools, or manually if the information is paper-based, whilst complying with all safety instructions for management and processing of personal information.
No personal information will pass outside the EU without providing the appropriate level of its protection.
Safety
It’s our responsibility and duty to ensure the security and safety of your private data. To avoid unauthorized access to your information or its unauthorized publication, we’ve implemented suitable physical, electronic and management procedures for the protection and safety of collected information. The personal data you provide will be processed automatically using automatic and other tools of the information system.
Further providing of your personal information
The personal information processed in accordance with our contract with you will be available to authorized employees of the Administrator, responsible for the realization of the contract. We can provide the personal information of the clients to third parties (journalists, media publishers and enterprises, and other experts in the media industry) in order to publish it, and to meet our responsibilities resulting from our contract, in the extent and with the purpose as defined by the contract. We can also provide your personal information to other companies contracted to help us in our activities, such as providers of IT services, business partners or sponsors that take part in the organization of our activities, events etc. The information is always provided solely in the extent necessary to realize the activity or event.
Rights of the subjects of private information
While collecting, processing and storing your personal information, we take full care of the protection of your rights as defined by the relevant legislation.
In connection with the processing of personal data, you have the rights specified below which you may use at your discretion:
The right to access to the personal data (you can request free information on the processing of your personal data from us)
The right to portability – i.e. the right to transfer personal data (processed automatically based on a consent of the subject or based on a contract) to another administrator in a structured and commonly used format that can be used in a IT device. The data should be transmitted directly by one administrator to the other, if technically possible.
The right to revoke the consent with the privacy policy
If the personal information is processed based on your consent, you have the right to revoke the consent in part or in full at any time with future effects. Without the appropriate consent, we will no longer process the information. You can revoke your consent by e-mail or using the postal address below. The revocation of your consent doesn’t affect the legality of the processing based on the consent granted prior to its revocation.
The right to require the change, blocking or removal of personal information
If you believe or find out that we or third parties authorized by us process your personal data in a way that is not in accordance with the protection of your private and personal life or the applicable legislation, especially if your personal data is inaccurate, incomplete or processed without an adequate legal reason, you may require us to do the following:
- Change, without any inappropriate delay, the inaccurate information about you.
- Remove your personal information (especially if your personal information is no more necessary for the purpose for which it was collected or processed, or if you revoke the consent to process the information, or make complaints regarding the processing procedure, and there are no relevant reasons for further processing).
- Limit the processing of your personal information (especially if you claim the information to be inaccurate, or the processing breaches the valid legislation, and you don’t require the information to be removed but prefer its limited use; or if we don’t need your personal information anymore but you need it to exercise or protect your legal requirements).
