František Malina graduated from Charles University in cultural studies and sociology. He worked in the Culture Research Institute and then at the Ministry of Culture; for several years, he was the ministry spokesman. Then he spend 14 years as the PR Director of UPC; among other responsibilities, he was in charge of the UPC Expres channel, and produced a lot of content for it. Then he was the spokesman of the Czech Telecommunication Authority for two years. Between January 2013 and June 2019, he was the director of marketing, PR and international acquisitions in the Czechoslovak Film Company, the operator of TV channels CS film, CS mini, Horor film, TV Kinosvět and WAR TV. Here, he brought numerous foreign TV series and shows to the Czech TV market, including the leading mystery hunters and other celebrities of documentary movies. In the Czechoslovak Film Company, he also took care of the production of most documentary series and shows. In Good TV, he focuses on looking for any interesting content offered by producers and distributors of TV shows all over the world, but especially in the vicinity of the Czech Republic and east of it.
